1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Cape Coral Pressure Washing, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

Cape Coral Pressure Washing delivers exterior pressure washing and soft-wash services across Cape Coral and Southwest Florida, including:

  • Soft wash roof cleaning
  • Paver cleaning & sealing
  • Commercial pressure washing
  • House washing
  • Driveway and concrete cleaning
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Pool deck and lanai cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Fence pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free and provided per project based on surface type, square footage, height, and accessibility. Pricing is in USD. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee. Weather rescheduling is at no charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Cape Coral Pressure Washing stands behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We follow ARMA-aligned soft-wash protocols on all roof cleaning to preserve manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for pre-existing surface damage, screen panels past their useful life, or sealer failures applied by other contractors. Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available on request for commercial and HOA accounts.

8. Property Access

Customer is responsible for providing reasonable property access, including gate codes, dog containment during application, and indoor pet timing. We pre-rinse landscaping but cannot accept liability for fragile plants without prior notification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Cape Coral Pressure Washing and protected by US copyright law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
